VAN OSCH: Unexpectedly, at Stratford General Hospital, surrounded by the love of his family, Thursday, August 31, 2006, Harry Van Osch of RR 2, Crediton, age 81. Beloved husband of Paula (Pubben) Van Osch. Loved father of Elizabeth Sullivan and husband Richard Smith of Calgary, Gerald Van Osch of Mount Carmel, Mary Van Osch and husband John Andruschak of Burnaby, B.C., Fred and Shelley Van Osch of Mount Carmel and Teresa Van Osch of Winnipeg. Loving Grandpa of Jacqueline, Joseph, Kylen, Kurtis, Jaron, Nicholas, Jeremy, Paula, Kaitlin, Skylar and Brendon. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Johanna and Harry Gielen of Grand Bend, Ger and Truus Hesen, William and Mia Van Osch, Jack and Mia Van Osch, Truus and Harry Grubben, Nel Pubben, Lies Geurts, Petranella Lips, Ida and John Janssen, all of the Netherlands. Loved by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his sister Nel Hesen and parents Gerardus H. and Johanna M. (Drabbels) Van Osch. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers at the funeral home Sunday evening at 8:45 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Mount Carmel, Monday, September 4, 2006 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Father Ray Lawhead Celebrant. Interment Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. Harry and Paula married in Holland April 21, 1954 and immigrated to Canada April 28, 1954 and farmed in the Crediton and Mount Carmel area for many years. They enjoyed 24 retirement years wintering in Port Charlotte, Florida
