ABEL: Peacefully at Welland County General Hospital, on Sunday, October 22, 2000, Rita May (Clemas) Abel of Welland, formerly of London, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Hilton H. Abel (1956). Loved mother of Nancy Silcox and her husband Doug of Welland, Sharron Little and her companion Rudi Meyer of London. Loving grandma of Monique Atherton and her companion Byron Zorzos, Dr. Lisa Silcox and her husband Stan Budzynski, Paul Silcox and his wife Asako, Graham Little and Michael Little. Dear great-grandma of Sean, Devon and Arden Atherton, Nolan Budzynski, Lauryn Silcox and Michael Little. Also loved by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Nellie (Watt) Clemas, brothers Gordon, Lorne, Harry and Jack Clemas, sisters Florence Boyle and Dorothy Rice. Friends will be received by the family from 12 noon on Wednesday, October 25, 2000 at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout St. S. London, followed by the Service in the Chapel at 1 P.M.
