Obituary of Dr. Russel John Lingard

LINGARD, Russel: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Russel John Lingard, at Blue Water Rest Home, Zurich, on Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at age 70. Beloved father of Stephen (Heather) Lingard of Toronto, Kimberly (Brian) Naish of Ottawa, Jeffrey (Lyndsay) Lingard of Calgary, AB. Loving grandfather of Anna and Rachel Lingard, Madeline and Georgia Naish, Claire and Larsen Lingard. Dear brother of Barry (Jacquie) Lingard of Chatham. Russ will be remembered by his former wife Pauline (Gibson) Lingard of Belleville, his nieces and their families, his close friend Jim (Beth) Jean and his many friends and colleagues at South Huron Dental Centre, R.C.A.F., Tour de Friends and the Grand Bend Yacht Club. Predeceased by his parents John (Edith) Lingard. Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood from 1 to 3:30 p.m., with a time of sharing and remembrance to follow. In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
