FITZGERALD: Peacefully, at London Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Hospital, Thursday, June 27, 2013, John Frederick Fitzgerald “Fitzy”, of Grand Bend, age 69. Beloved husband of the late Janis Wignall (Gill) Fitzgerald (2010). Loved father and father-in-law of Jack and Claudia Fitzgerald of Florida, Ken and Shauna Fitzgerald of Goderich and Elizabeth Fitzgerald of Toronto. Loving “Grumpy” of Jacqueline, Andress, Ciaran and Ava. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Mike and the late Donna Fitzgerald (2012) of Barrie, Sandra and Chris Preston of Peterborough, Peter Gill and Francis Lama of Grand Bend. Loved son of Marjorie Gorringe of Peterborough. Predeceased by his father Cecil Fitzgerald . Cremation has taken place. A time of Remembrance and Sharing will be held at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A private family interment at Pinery Cemetery Columbarium, Grand Bend will take place at a later date.
