Mac was a great friend back in the Grand Bend days! He had a heart of gold and a smile that would light up a room...he would do anything for you. I have fond memories of summers enjoying his company with other Grand Benders including his brother Tom ❤️ where a shot of peppermint schnapps was our way to start out an evening and celebrate life! Mac may you Rest In Peace my friend ❤️

I worked with Mac for many years in both Milton and when he was in Mississauga. During that time we travelled together on business trips and had a great time Mac would always go out of his way to help anyone in need. I was saddened to hear the news of his death and would like to send my condolences to the family.

As many people did, I worked with Mac as the site manager in New Richmond, Qc With is high insistance to quality, we did assembled more than 500 grid stator cabinets with very, very few quality issues. I worked for and with Mac for a number of years at Eaton's Milton location. Mac was a dedicated leader, a supportive manager, and a friend. His legacy is still felt by many, to not accept the status quo, to challenge the system to find a better way. The photo I'm including was a challenge he took on to open a small manufacturing facility in New Richmond, Quebec. He was determined to assemble the product in a way that no one thought possible, and through his leadership, the team surpassed all expectations. Mac will be missed at Eaton.
