Obituary of Hubert Lyman Gratton

GRATTON:  Peacefully, into the presence of his Lord and Saviour, at London Health Sciences – University Hospital, on Sunday, March 1, 2020, Hubert Lyman Gratton, of London, age 74.  Beloved husband of the late Miriam Belle (Lipke) Gratton (2014). Loved father and father-in-law of Albert and Michelle Gratton of London, Beverly and Keith Arndt of Bright.  Cherished grandpa of Hannah Gratton, Brynn Gratton, Katelyn Arndt and her fiancé Caleb Sailor, Lindsey Arndt and Kyle Arndt.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Nancy and Carl Hannigan, Philip and Lillian Gratton, Samir Haddad, Lois and Harold Harrison, Martha and Ronald Berquist.  Lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families and his friends in fellowship at Highbury Gospel Hall, London.  Predeceased by his parents Lyman and Della (Gratton) Gratton and sister-in-law Delores Haddad. Hubert worked for the London Transit Commission for 42 years.  Visitation will be held at Northview Funeral Chapel, 1490 Highbury Avenue North, London, on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., where the funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Siloam Cemetery, London.  Arrangements entrusted to T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, ON.  If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
