Obituary of James Frederick Howard

HOWARD:  Peacefully, surrounded by his family, at London Health Sciences Centre – University Hospital - Palliative Care, London, on Sunday, January 26, 2020, James “Jim” Frederick Howard of London, age 81.  Beloved and cherished husband of Gayle Elizabeth (Sims) Howard.  Cherished father of Bob Howard and Tammy Howard.  Loved brother of Colleen Anello and brother-in-law of John Anello, John Needham, Cheryl  Mitchell and Bill Squires, Linda and Pete Frankow.  Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families.  Predeceased by his parents Joseph Howard and Winnifred (Tye) Melanson, sisters Velma Needham and Anna Agnew and brother Harvey Howard.  Jim was a member of the Army, Navy, Air Force Veterans in Canada, Unit 229.  At his request, cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held at the A.N.A.F., Unit 229, 38 Adelaide St. N., London on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from 1 to 4 p.m.  Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood.  If desired, memorial donations (payable by cheque) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
