Obituary of VINCENT THOMAS THOMPSON

THOMPSON:  Unexpectedly, but peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Strathroy on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, Vincent “Vince” Thomas Thompson, of Parkhill, age 81.  Beloved husband of Marilyn Jean (Ryan) Thompson, they were happily married for 59 years.  Loved father and father-in-law of Cindy and Eric Bulgin of Nairn, the late William “Bill” Joseph Thompson (1963 - 1968), Rosemary and Bob Wright of London.  Cherished “Grandpa T” of Kyle Bulgin, Sarah Bulgin and Colin Wright.  Dear brother of Eleanor Balogh of Windsor and brother-in-law of Helen Thompson of Ailsa Craig, Gerry Bernardo of London and Bill Smith of Zurich.  Remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families.  Predeceased by his parents William and Ilene (O’Rourke) Thompson, brother Gerald Thompson, sister Mary Bernardo, brother-in-law Ed Ryan and sister-in-law Madeline Smith.  Family and Friends are invited to the Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Mount Carmel, on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Fr. Len Desjardins Celebrant.  Interment Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood.
