Obituary of RONALD BUTTERWORTH

BUTTERWORTH, Ron – of Exeter (formerly of London) passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Stratford General Hospital in his 86th year. Predeceased by his wife Lorraine (1992). Ron is survived by his children Cal Butterworth (Nikki) of Calgary and Susan Abercromby of London; grandchildren Melissa Costella (Matthew) of London and Blair Abercromby (Kristen) of Toronto; great-grandchildren Joshua, Daniel, and Chloe; and brother Bruce Butterworth of Mississauga. At Ron’s request, cremation has taken place and private burial in the Exeter Public Cemetery with Lorraine will take place at a later date. Ron’s family is very grateful for the compassionate care he received at Hillside Manor in Stratford.  If desired, memorial donations in memory of Ron to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
