Obituary of Roy Edward Ryan

RYAN: Peacefully, at his residence, Sunday, February 8, 2009, Roy “Bud” Edward Ryan, of RR 2, Crediton, age 75. Beloved husband of Helen Anne (Brumwell) Ryan. Loved father and father-in-law of Larry Ryan of RR 2, Crediton, Anne and John Kiser of London, Ruth and Brian Westelaken of RR 1, Hensall. Loving grandpa of Joshua, Kaitlin and Kyle Ryan, Aaron and Regan Kiser, Rosha and companion Ian Cameron, Kira, Zoe and Ki Westelaken and great-grandpa of Liam Cameron. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Mary and Russ Brintnell of RR 3, Granton, Shirley and Ron Rose of RR 3, Mitchell, Mary and Joe Morkin, Jane and Doug Urbshott, all of Ilderton. Loved by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his sister Clara Ducharme (2008), brother-in-law James Ducharme (1979), parents John A. (1974) and Alma M. (Dietrich) (1997) Ryan. Resting at the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood, with visitation Wednesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayers at the funeral home Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Mount Carmel, Thursday, February 12, 2009 at 11 a.m. The Rev. Father Ray Lawhead Celebrant. Interment Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Mount Carmel Church Restoration Fund or charity of choice would be appreciated.
